Terms of service
- You agree to provide Wash and Stain LLC the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation.
- You are responsible for keeping children, pets and other individuals inside during our services.
- Payments to Wash and Stain LLC are to be paid by cash, check, or credit card. All balances are due upon completion of services. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing on our contract. Any invoice past due 30 days is subject to a 20% late fee.
- You are accepting a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to Wash and Stain LLC shall be surrendered as damages.
- Wash and Stain LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weather tight. Wash and Stain LLC is not responsible for damages caused by water infiltration due to poor or improper installation, maintenance or repair of electrical related items or doors or windows.
- Wash and Stain LLC is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed or loose; siding, shingles, shutters, gutters, leaders, caulking, or improperly sealed, broken, or open windows and doors, or defective construction, wood rot or improperly secured wires. Wash and Stain LLC will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.
- Wash and Stain LLC is not responsible for damage to any cars, rv’s, motorcycles, boats, or any other vehicles inside of our work zone. Please have all vehicles out of the work zone.
- Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, Wash and Stain LLC will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues.
- Wash and Stain LLC cannot guarantee removal of rust, calcium, tree sap, artillery fungus, or splatters from stains and paints, these are materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project.
- The client agrees to allow Wash and Stain LLC to utilize any photos, videos, descriptions, or reviews of the property in the context of marketing or advertising for the company. The company will use these media items described in this section without any compensation to the client. The client agrees not to seek punitive action in a civil court of law regarding the development, display, reproduction, or printing of the above media.
